Thecombination of high winds, very low relative humidity values, anddry fuels will create extreme fire weather conditions acrosseastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.* AFFECTED AREA...In Arkansas, Benton, Carroll, Washington,Madison, Crawford, Franklin, and Sebastian counties.
