The heavier totals inthe advisory area are expected to be along a line from PoplarBluff, Missouri through Paducah to Greenville, Kentucky. Followingan afternoon transition to rain, precipitation changes over tofreezing drizzle Sunday night, with one last changeover to snowlate in the night.* WHERE...Portions of western Kentucky and southeast Missouri.* WHEN...From 2 AM Sunday to 6 AM CST Monday.* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, willlikely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damageare likely due to the ice.
